Rose Haggar Elementary School, with 656 students in grades K through 5, is in the center of Prestonwood West and is responsible for drawing many families with young children to our community. The school, built in 1995, was enlarged in 2002 and is under the excellent guidance of Principal Robin Williams. When school is in session, 20 MPH school speed zones are observed along Campbell Road from Frankford Road to Glen Heather and along Frankford Road from Lost View to Sunmeadow. In addition, cell phone usage while driving in the school zone is prohibited and subject to a fine. Two recreational facilities and a baseball diamond located on the Rose Haggar campus are available to Prestonwood West residents after school hours and on weekends. |
